Dr. Cristóbal Rodríguez Montoya, Ph.D.
Our founder and managing partner is an accomplished professor, researcher, consultant and senior executive who connects decades of corporate leadership with impactful academic inquiry. 

He has over four decades of leadership experience across the technology, telecommunications, and energy sectors in Latin America and Europe.  His extensive career includes scaling a telecom start-up in Spain to over 20,000 customers as a managing director, contributing to a division's revenue growth to USD $50 million as a Chief Financial Officer at Siemens VE, and contributing in the delivery of a USD $121 million government Digital Terrestrial Television project as a member of the project's overseer  committee.  

He serves as a Full-time Professor-Researcher at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM),  where he teaches Strategic Management, and has authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals on topics related to knowledge management, environmental economics, organizational behavior, and higher education. 

Dr. Rodríguez holds a Ph.D. from Universitat de Barcelona, and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences and a M.Sc. in Technology Management from Universidad Simón Bolívar. He is an alumnus of Boston University, and INSEAD Business School. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish with fluency in German, his career has spanned the United States, Europe, and Latin America. 

Dr. Luis Eduardo Garrido, Ph.D.
Our co-founder and principal is an accomplished professor, researcher, and methodological consultant who connects systematic statistical evaluation with impactful academic and applied inquiry in the behavioral sciences. He serves as a Full-time Professor-Researcher at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM).

His extensive experience spans both academia and government. He has held senior roles within the Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic, including as Director of Accreditation and Director of the Department of Testing and Evaluation of the Teaching Profession. His career includes contributing to a USD $20 million USAID-funded educational excellence project as a Database Manager and Methodological Advisor and leading a government-funded Big Data mining research project with a budget of over USD $111,000. He has also served as an Associate Researcher with the University of Virginia.

He has authored numerous authoritative articles in peer-reviewed journals on topics related to latent variable methods, psychometric models, dimensionality assessment, the construction and validation of psychological tests, and large language models.

Dr. Garrido holds Master's and a Ph.D. in Methodologies of the Behavioral and Health Sciences (Cum Laude) from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He also holds a degree in Clinical Psychology (Summa Cum Laude) from the Universidad Iberoamericana, and a degree in Civil Engineering (Summa Cum Laude) from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, his career has spanned the Dominican Republic, Spain, and the United States.

Ing. Guillermo van der Linde, M.B.A. 

Our co-founder and principal, is an accomplished professor, researcher, and consultant with six decades of experience as a senior executive and consultant with a track-record in strategic management, new businesses and entrepreneurship, and green and sustainable business development. He is a PhD candidate in the University of Murcia, Spain. He earned his MBA from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University. A former Dean of Economics and Management Sciences, he is a professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at PUCMM and leader of the GUESSS (Global College Student Entrepreneurship Survey) research project in the Dominican Republic. He is a member of the Strategic Management Society, the Ibero-American Academy of Management, The Academic of Management, and the International Council for Small Business, and a member of the editorial board of Revista de Empresa. He has served on the executive committee of the Latin American Council of Business Schools (CLADEA) and on the Advisory Committee of the Ibero-American Academy of Management.
